And I bet you can relate! We live in confusing times when it comes to nutritional guidelines, and there is SO much pressure on all of us. 

I’m happy to say that I’ve now figured out a food lifestyle that makes me feel confident and relaxed with food. YOU can have this too! 

I went back to school to learn about nutrition…so you don’t have to.

Like most people, I grew up eating too much sugar and getting too many stomach aches. I really had no idea what I was doing with food.

Then when I had my first child, I wanted to know the “right” things to feed her. I was so overwhelmed and confused by all the conflicting advice, that I ultimately decided to go back to school to figure it all out.

But here’s the plot twist!

Yet there ARE some important factors to understand so you can figure out the simple eating plan that’s right for you.
